About the role:
As an Account Executive, you’ll be an integral part of our Sales team, working collaboratively with your peers and Business Development Reps to drive massive growth at UtilizeCore. It’s a fast-paced role at a hyper-growth Series A Startup with high aspirations including an IPO. This role is perfect for an experienced Closer who has been crushing quotas and is looking for an opportunity to be an Individual Contributor to break into new white space verticals.

We’re looking for a team-player who wants to learn and grow within the Revenue organization and build a career with us.
Successful Account Executives will build deep product knowledge and understand industry trends to build trust with prospects to close deals. You will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find overcome objections and find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about finding workflow gaps & providing solutions, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
What you'll do:
- Grow a sales pipeline: Partner with your Business Development Representatives to identify top targets and determine outreach sequences and strategies to initiate a relationship
- Map stakeholders: determine decision-maker and create plan to get decision-maker buy-in
- Pitch and manage deal cycle: Customize your pitch and demo to tailor to individual client needs
- Drive client satisfaction: Partner with our Customer Success team during the pilot period to manage transition to long-term contracts
- Optimize go-to-market motion: Build compelling demos, collateral, and sales tooling to accelerate a replicable end-to-end sales process
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years experience in closing business development or sales at venture-backed startups
- Deep familiarity with B2B SaaS enterprise sales cycles
- Extreme hunger and passion for learning, growth, and leadership
- Facilities services selling experience and/or work experience (M&A/IB/Private Equity/Consulting) a plus
Compensation Package:
Join our team as an Account Executive with a competitive base salary of $80k-$140k annually with 2X OTE, you'll drive results and unlock your earning potential while fostering meaningful client relationships.
