Application Architect: Cloud Integration

Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology

As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Become a vital member of the IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) based on your skills and expertise. You will work in client projects delivering high quality work. At least six years of experience in working in Websphere Transformation Extender (WTX) and / or ITX

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong SQL (PL / SQL on Oracle, MSSQL and Sybase) development experience
• Good knowledge on scripting technologies like Powershell/Shellscript
• Good to have knowledge in App Connect Enterprise or IIB.
• Good to have knowledge in Websphere MQ

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong experience in SW Design work and able to define standards and rules for the team
• Eager / motivated to learn new things
• Willing to do "On call" (day and night) support during public holiday and release go lives (shared responsibility of the Onshore team)
