Application Security Manager

Who You Are:

We are searching for an Application Security Manager who has experience working with Security or IT teams, the drive to become a subject matter expert in our products, and an unquenchable level of curiosity. You'll apply these skills to better understand our customers, help tackle their problems, accelerate their growth and return insights to the organization that contribute to customer experience improvements at scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working with our enterprise customers to help them to build and advise on their web application security program
• Consult customers on their web application security strategies and initiatives
• Provide consultancy for technical and commercial issues for Invicti products and services. Such as Netsparker Enterprise and Acunetix 360
• Identify customer needs around their web application security and recommending our products and solutions to address those
• Provide coordination for Technical Support, Service and Customer Success teams
• Provide feedback on product improvements and feature suggestions to the Product team
• Provide prompt and accurate project status, work progress to customers
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all customer issues

What You’ll Need:

• Solid technical background and hands-on experience with web application security penetration testing is a must
• 5-10 years of work experience at all levels (such as Penetration Testing Team Lead etc.)
• Minimum 2-3+ years of experience within a customer-facing technical role (such as Security Consultancy)
• Prior experience with vulnerability management/assessment and risk management efforts are preferred
• An ability to understand customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Holding OSCP, OSWE or similar certifications is a plus

What Will Be A Plus:

• Advanced knowledge or hands-on experience on CI/CD practices and tools such as Gitlab CI, TeamCity, or Jenkins
• Hands-on experience in managing security in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
