Automation QA Engineer

In this role, you will

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests by creating scripts
• Maintain Test Automation Frameworks
• Integrate with Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) Pipelines
• Identify and report defects to the bug tracking system
• Collaborate with Development and Quality Assurance teams
• Monitor test execution and results

It’s all about you

• 2+ years of experience in using Java to write automated tests and build frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Selenide for test automation
• Familiar with TestNG and JUnit for organizing and executing automated test cases
• Skilled in using Git for version control
• Knowledge of API testing tools like RestAssured and Postman
• Competent in MySQL for database validation and debugging
• Experience in using Bash and PowerShell for automating tasks and setting up test environments
• Experienced with GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Selenoid for creating consistent test environments
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend behavior analysis and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Maven for managing dependencies and automating build processes
• Strong understanding of design patterns in programming for developing scalable and maintainable frameworks
• Deep understanding of software testing principles, methodologies like Agile, and testing concepts such as continuous and regression testing
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Focused on process improvement and delivering results

• Quality focus and time management skills to balance tasks and meet deadlines
• Risk assessment abilities to identify and mitigate automation-related risks
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and iterative workflows
