**This position is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto Office**
About you
You’re a collaborative team player with expertise in bridging business and technical teams, focusing on Business Intelligence (BI) projects. Your skills span Business Reporting, Data Modeling, Self-Service BI, Advanced Analytics, Data Visualization, and Integration. You thrive on identifying opportunities and implementing solutions for business growth and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will…

Collaborate with teams to document business requirements for data, reporting, and analytics.

Conduct stakeholder interviews to guide development teams effectively.

Analyze existing data sets, ensuring data quality and consistency.

Demonstrate understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Master Data Management Concepts.

Evaluate and propose strategies for report consolidation and renewal.

Direct report development using BI tools for actionable insights.

Identify business capability gaps, leveraging data science tools for analysis.

Stay updated on industry best practices in business intelligence.
What you’ll bring
-
Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

3 to 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in data analytics and BI.
-
Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit.

Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI.
-
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
-
Experience with Geospatial and Property data models is preferred.
