**This position is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto Office**

About you

You’re a collaborative team player with expertise in bridging business and technical teams, focusing on Business Intelligence (BI) projects. Your skills span Business Reporting, Data Modeling, Self-Service BI, Advanced Analytics, Data Visualization, and Integration. You thrive on identifying opportunities and implementing solutions for business growth and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will…

• Collaborate with teams to document business requirements for data, reporting, and analytics.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to guide development teams effectively.

• Analyze existing data sets, ensuring data quality and consistency.

• Demonstrate understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Master Data Management Concepts.

• Evaluate and propose strategies for report consolidation and renewal.

• Direct report development using BI tools for actionable insights.

• Identify business capability gaps, leveraging data science tools for analysis.

• Stay updated on industry best practices in business intelligence.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3 to 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in data analytics and BI.

• Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Experience with Geospatial and Property data models is preferred.
