The Elevate Whole Health team serves as the strategic advisors and key executors on priority initiatives for the Chief Clinical Officer of Elevance Health, empowering clinical teams with the tools and resources they need to improve members' lives. This role will work hand-in-hand with EWH team members and will engage a team of cross-functional clinical, digital, provider and data leaders and SMEs to develop and execute the EWH strategic vision.

The Business Change Director is a critical contributor, responsible for partnering with EWH teammates and Clinical Operations leadership to deliver and execute on key initiatives that support achievement of Clinical Operations and Enterprise-wide goals.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: • Provides program, project, and change management support to both local and enterprise-wide initiatives related to digitization and optimization of clinical programs (Case Management, Disease Management, Wellness, and Utilization Management)• Creates and implements execution plans/roadmaps, identifies and resolves issues, and leads efforts to identify best practices and operationalize clinical model redesign strategies. • Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Collaborates with clinical operations and other matrix partners to develop and design whole health clinical digital assets that elevate the member/provider experience, support business needs, and support Carelon growth. • Designs methods for integrating functions and processes.• Gathers and uses data to drive decision-making and KPI monitoring to ensure accomplishment of strategic goals. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit. • Development of leadership deliverables to report on initiative status, product performance, strategic alignment, and more• Provides expertise to the business areas in culture/change management activities. Provides expertise in process planning and portfolio management activities. • Supports the execution of the operating plan.

Requirements:

BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years managing mid-to-large-scale change / project initiatives or any combination of education and experience which would provide and equivalent background

Preferred skills and qualifications• Knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management

and change management experience (strategic and execution)

• Demonstrated ability to strategically create and drive execution plans that deliver quick wins and incremental programs toward broader strategic

objectives• Clinical program/product knowledge• Strategy development and execution• Leadership storytelling including presentations, status reports, proof points, and other deliverables
