CH Projects is looking for Kitchen Leadership

Sometimes the heart of the house does not get the respect it deserves. With the right leader, the kitchen operation can be a great point of reference, to run the entire operation. We are looking for kitchen leadership that can handle themselves and the crew. This is a 24hr operation in a bustling hotel. Keys to success include a strong background in kitchen operations, masterful listening and communication skills, comfortability interacting with guests, ability to motivate and rally a crew and discipline to follow and protect strong systems. This position will be responsible for scheduling - staffing the kitchen according to the budgets provided staffing - hiring, training, and motivating the team to work as clean and efficient as possible while adhering to the standards set by CHfood - ordering according to the necessary inventory. Knowledge of food preparation in both the prep and service sides of the kitchen. Quality control to stay within the quality standards set by CH. Finance - tracking all finances including food, labor, other kitchen related expenses.
