The Role:

Our global team of Content Writers will be on the forefront of exciting AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology while helping to edit Bot responses and shape future performance.

An ideal candidate will have a strong interest in research, creative writing and must be a fluent speaker of English. This role will tap into your curiosity and keep you engaged with interesting content!

This role is 100% onsite in Mesa, AZ with a desirable Mon-Fri schedule.

Candidates must be local to Mesa, AZ area or willing to relocate at their own expense.

What you will do:

- Ability to accurately evaluate written responses according to a set of scoring principles.

- Ability to provide constructive written feedback based on violated scoring principles.

- Synthesize multiple sources to produce accurate, engaging, and informative content.

- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.

- The ability to identify nuanced errors and provide clear and concise feedback for improvement.

- Training provided.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Degree in Linguistics, Communications Science, Journalism, or related Language fields is preferred.
• Experience annotating data with linguistic, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, phonetic information, technical writing, copy editing, editing, depending on the requirements of the project.

• Experience with qualitative/ rubric-based assessment

• Data Analysis
• Native-level proficiency in English

Excellent writing skills

Collaborative and solution-oriented attitude

Strong attention to detail and good communication style

Interest in self-learning and an orientation to researching solutions.

Strong interest in Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence

High focus and attention to detail for extended periods of time

Work Experience:

Minimum of 1 year work experience or internship preferred -

As part of your work on this project, you may be exposed to sensitive or generative AI content that may include violent, offensive, sexual, or disturbing written material.
