We are now expanding into security guard training and seeking aDCJS-certified Security Guard Instructor (General Topics)to join our team. Responsibilities: • Deliver DCJS-approved General Topics courses: • 8-Hour Pre-Assignment Training • 16-Hour On-the-Job Training • 8-Hour Annual In-Service • Maintain accurate DCJS-compliant training records, including sign-in sheets, test scores, and OMR submissions. • Follow DCJS curriculum and maintain a professional training environment. • Provide feedback and support to students to help them succeed. Requirements: • CurrentDCJS Security Guard Instructor Certification – General Topics(required). • Strong presentation and communication skills. • Professional, reliable, and punctual. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: • $40–$60/hour (depending on experience). • Paid per class or per student, negotiable.
