Responsibilities :
Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Scope of Work
Imaging new desktop and laptop computers (windows, Linux, Mac) as per corporate
standards.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
OS upgrade support
Software installations.
Maintaining Endpoint compliance.
Resolving L@W printer issues.
Day to day support of Development printers for Software R&D.
Hand and touch support for Network, Servers & Orion Infrastructure.
Supporting Conference room infrastructure.
Asset Lifecycle Management (onboarding to disposal) and maintaining CMDB
Supporting internal & external fixed asset audit requirements
