As a Form Setter Carpenter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality craftsmanship in various carpentry projects. Duties/Responsibilities: - Perform a wide range of concrete forming and pouring tasks, - Structural Concrete experience - Rebar placing - Excavating - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects - Collaborate with other team members, such as contractors and designers, to ensure project success - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Required Skills/Abilities: - Proven experience as a Concrete Carpenter or similar role - Finishing Concrete experience - Proficient in working with various carpentry materials and tools - Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Experience running equipment, a plus Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling. · Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. · Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment. · Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains. · Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
