Investor Relations Manager (Hybrid)

Job Summary

The Investor Relations Manager will work directly with the Managing Director, FP&A & Investor Relations on development and execution of the investor relations strategy and operating plan. This role will be responsible for assisting and delivering in all aspects of our investor relations function, including the annual ratings cycle, coordination of annual investor relations presentations and ongoing monitoring of ratings methodology. The primary focus of this role will be assisting in the management of the message and communications for investor and rating agency engagements which includes developing visual and written communications.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Preparation of investor relations and rating agency communications and presentations, including development and maintaining a FAQ document
• Deep understanding of rating agency methodology
• Monitor changes in ratings methodology and analyze the impact to OneAmerica
• Ensure ongoing compliance requirements are accomplished
• Work collaboratively with finance and strategy teams to analyze and interpret financial performance in developing communication materials
• Completion and distribution of a dashboard for internal stakeholders to highlight key rating agency hot topics and metrics (including forecasts and long-term planning)
• Perform industry benchmarking and analysis
• Provide decision support through data gathering, information analyzing and present considerations to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitoring and responding to investor requests submit via the OneAmerica website
• Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve financial decisions
• Lead and execute special projects
• Support quarterly management reporting and analysis for key financial measures which will be used to support quarterly performance review meetings and Board materials

Educational Requirements & Qualifications:

• B.A./B.S. College Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field if highly preferred
• Master's In business administration (MBA)
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 3-5 years relevant investor relations work experience
• Financial services experience preferred; life insurance experience preferred
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 06B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
