INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Knowledge Management Specialist II to oversee the DCSA Field Operations support contract. This role involves managing documentation, maintaining electronic libraries, and developing SharePoint sites to support DCSA's knowledge management needs. The ideal candidate will implement effective knowledge sharing systems, ensure version control of critical documents, and support change management communications across the organization.
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance level.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, staff, and assist in development/revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies and memorandums
- Manage documentation across all project areas ensuring compliance with templates and required content
- Maintain version control and updates of all documentation delivered to the Government
- Maintain an electronic library for authorized internal and external users
- Provide planning and communications support to increase awareness of program objectives and strategies
- Ensure change management communications include updates from software builds and helpdesk activities
- Develop and maintain internal and external distribution lists for topics, programs, and projects
- Develop and maintain virtual team charts and RACI charts for each initiative
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, and custom components
- Implement custom workflows and forms using SharePoint Designer
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools and third-party applications
- Monitor health and performance of SharePoint sites
- Address user queries and troubleshoot SharePoint issues promptly
- Identify and report on completed products and projects in Monthly Progress and Status Report
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in knowledge management or related field
- Required: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server 2016 Specialist certification
- Desired: Knowledge Management Certification from Knowledge Management Institute (KMI)
- Proficiency in SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience with workflow design and implementation
- Familiarity with knowledge management principles and practices
- DoD Secret security clearance required
