Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction
* Experience with developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
*US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a federal government contracts environment preferred
