Lead Program Coordinator

We are searching for a dedicated and proactive Lead Program Coordinator.
You will empower our experts to excel and disseminate their insights within the developer community. The position demands thorough knowledge of the LATAM tech landscape, superior communication capabilities, and a solid history in program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee specific tasks derived from the overall program design and strategy
• Direct the technology ambassador program in LATAM, aligning it with global strategies and adapting it to local market demands
• Facilitate councils and feedback sessions between ambassadors and product teams, manage participation, host sessions remotely, and collect essential feedback
• Recruit, onboard, and manage transitions of ambassadors across various technological domains
• Enhance the process of integrating new community members
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing ambassadors, offering continuous support, resources, and professional development opportunities
• Foster initiatives that enable ambassadors to share their technical expertise with the wider developer community in LATAM
• Represent the LATAM ambassador community in discussions with leadership, promoting their interests and enhancing their experiences
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the ambassador program in LATAM through key performance indicators
• Collect success stories, gather program feedback, analyze data, and relay insights and outcomes to senior management
• Stay updated with the LATAM tech environment to spot trends and potential areas for program expansion
• Organize and refine both virtual and physical events for program participants, optimizing logistics and planning
• Coordinate communications with diverse internal and external stakeholders to nurture relationships and partnerships

• Broad experience in community engagement, developer relations, or related areas
• In-depth knowledge of ambassador program frameworks and key components
• Well-connected within the LATAM developer community, with insights into significant influencers and entities
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal relations, fluid in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
• Outstanding program management skills documented by successful oversight and expansion of major projects
• Deep passion for technological advancements and commitment to developing an inclusive and diverse tech community
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in addressing varied audiences
• Independent and motivated, capable of working autonomously with little oversight
• Skilled at functioning effectively within multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
• Demonstrated positivity and teamwork ethos, with a dedication to cooperative engagement

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Workspace products (Sheet, Docs, Gmail, Slides)
• Passion and understanding of evolving IT technologies, specifically AI
