Title: Physical Therapist Location: Craig, CO SHIFT: Days, 40 hours guaranteed CERTS: BLS, Active Colorado Physical Therapy License or compact license EMR: EPIC HOUSING: Leads uploaded into our Medefis account under 'facility group documents' JOB DESCRIPTION: Physical Therapist with competency with outpatient orthopedics is required, some subacute inpatient coverage as needed. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: • Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions) • Must be able to legally work in the United States • Must be able to pass a background check • Must be able to pass a drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable) • Must complete employee health meeting Education/Licensure/Certification: • Active Colorado Physical Therapy License (DORA) • Current CPR(BLS) certification (within 90 days of hire per MRH Policy) Experience: • New graduates welcome to apply.
