Purpose

Kueski is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Field Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our field marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for managing marketing operations in the field, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that our marketing strategies are effectively executed across all In Store locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement field marketing strategies in alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate field marketing activities, including: ATL and BTL activities, POS material, events, promotions, product launches, and campaigns across various regions.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective execution of marketing initiatives at point of sale.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of POS materials and ensure that field teams have the necessary resources and tools.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of field marketing activities, using KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support field teams to ensure the correct promotion of the product and ensuring training teams are supporting the teams.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather insights, and ensure compliance with marketing standards.
  • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximization of impact.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance field marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform field marketing strategies.

Position Requirements (Experience & Competencies)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams across different regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions and improvements.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, tools, and technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support field marketing activities.
