Job Description

Memorial Cancer Institute (MCI), part of Memorial Healthcare System, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its team. MCI is a designated Cancer Center of Excellence by the Florida Department of Health. The selected candidate will function as a healthcare provider in a clinic setting, delivering evidence-based care, including but not limited to diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative health services under the general supervision of a physician. Candidates must have a national Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or Master's equivalent) from an ARC-PA accredited program and possess a Physician Assistant Certification. A BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross and a Florida license must be obtained by date of hire. Schedule requirements are Monday thru Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with no weekend or call expectations. This is a full-time employed position that offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
