Package Consultant-Billing & Digital Subscription

Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Consults on the post-paid and prepaid billing and Mediation functional area in the Telecommunications and / or Media & Entertainment and /or Energy & Utilities industries. Skill include package selection requirements definition Design Build Configurations and Testing understanding of billing and / or CIS processes Depth in at least one of the following COTS solutions: ADC Singleview Comverse One Convergys BSCS Ridney Amdocs Peace/Peace 8 Customer/1 SPL/CC&B LodeStar/Load & Bill Vision.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Must Have skills – Customer1/ application – Major Functional areas include: Core Billing Service Orders Supplier services Finance – Mainframe Cobol – DB2 – JCL

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Nice to have skills – Candidate must have good communication skill
• Flexible to work on mid/night shift
