Your Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience style performance reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:

• Build automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
• Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
• Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• This a techno functional role. Functional capabilities related to configuration such as Approval Workflow Page Field Configurator Person Profile and Non Person Profile configuration Fluid Profile Management Page Composer Delegations Portal etc.
• With recent development experience with technical analysis design and build using PeopleTools 8.5+: Reports and Interfaces (SQR XML Publisher PS Query Application Engine etc)
• Integration Broker and Component InterfaceOnline modifications (components pages fields etc)
• Experience with the following tools: Application Designer PeopleCode Workflow Application Engine Component Interface File Layouts SQR Query Application Messaging Application Packaging Change Assistant XML Publisher
• ·Experience with supporting the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture – Weblogic Tuxedo etc.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills &Design implement and deploy SAP SuccessFactors standard solutions to achieve defined business goals.
• Provide effective concise timely and consistent verbal and written communications to peers customers and management
• Should have worked on ticketing tool Knowledge of Jira tool Get to go person
