What you’ll get to do:
The People Operations Associate will be a crucial part of the People Team, responsible for interview scheduling, onboarding processes, people operations, and contributing to various employee experience initiatives. Enable Recruiting & OnboardingÂ
- Support internal recruiting coordination to make the interview process flow seamlessly (e.g. scheduling of interviews, sending offer letters, and other interactions as needed).
- Own the pre-onboarding process for new hires by ensuring a timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees, crafting and sending onboarding communications.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer-focused interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and employees.Â
- Partner with the end-to-end onboarding owner to identify innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees and reach a more scalable/measurable onboarding experience.
- Support with regular onboarding audits and controls to ensure compliant practices & procedures.
- Occasionally facilitate new hire orientation programs as needed.
Empower People Programs & Employee Experience Initiatives
- Partner with Employee Experience Lead to manage programs and create "out of the box" initiatives to enhance the in-person and remote employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
- Be an internal ambassador for our culture and values to build genuine connections across all business groups and employees.
- Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing overall employee experience, engagement, and satisfaction as needed (e.g. Employee Recognition Programs, Company-Wide Meetings and Events, etc.).
- Maintain People Team documents, SOPs, and templates in shared team repositories.
- Provide support cross-functionally as needed to other People functions including our People Business Partners and Learning & Development Team.
What you will bring to the team:Â
These are the minimum qualifications that our hiring team is looking for in this role:
- Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to consistently and accurately execute repetitive and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).Â
- Strong initiative, proactive approach, natural curiosity, and resourcefulness.Â
- Passionate about contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Adaptable to change and evolving responsibilities.
- Experience in HR, employee operations, or a related role.
Additionally, these are the preferred qualifications that would indicate a particularly strong candidate:Â
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HRIS, Jira Service Management and other recruiting and onboarding systems (e.g. Greenhouse) and project management systems (e.g. Monday).
- Open and receptive to feedback and coaching as it relates to their development.
Total Rewards and Benefits
The minimum salary for this role is $65,000. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.
The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
