We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal IT Change Management Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 9 years of experience in change management within the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of ITIL v3 and v4 implementation standard methodologies. Collaborating with the Director of IT Change Management, the Principal IT Change Management Engineer is responsible for collaborating on the strategic direction of our change management processes and their evolution, while working collaboratively with multi-functional teams.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT change management strategies and policies aligned with ITIL v4 standard methodologies and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with key collaborators across IT and business units to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop comprehensive change plans.
- Guide and support a team of change management professionals, providing in inspiring change initiatives and integrating, rationalizing business as usual processes and reporting against standard methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our change management processes.
- Establish and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change management initiatives and drive accountability.
- Collaborate with the Director of Change Management to deliver regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status of change management activities, including potential risks and issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to change management and ITIL standard methodologies, flagging relevant insights for incorporation into our processes.
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Talents Needed For Success:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT change management, with a focus on financial services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow integration with Change Management as aligned to best practices
- Detailed knowledge of ITIL v4 standard methodologies and demonstrable experience in implementing ITIL processes within complex organizations.
- Proven track record of driving change management initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional and fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, ITIL Managing Professional, or Change Management Practitioner are highly desirable

Enterprise Product & Platform Engineering transforms the way we deliver infrastructure to our business clients. A key construct of EP&PE will be the evolution of the IT Product Manager, who will partner with the Engineering organization, the Business Aligned Service Delivery organization, the DevSecOps organization as well as our operational support teams to ensure that this organization provides high quality, commercially attractive and timely solutions to support our business strategy.
