Infosys is seeking a Principal Enterprise SAP ISU PWB Consultant

As Principal Enterprise consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
• The location for this position is Richardson, TX. The Position may require travel and/or relocation.

• At least 11 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one of the modules of ISU PWB
• Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America
• Experience of at least 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:
  • Requirement gathering
  • Business process design
  • SAP configuration
  • RICEFW Functional design
  • Systems and Integration Testing
  • Resolving production issues
• Expert level skill in SAP ISU Billing Master data configurations
• Expert level skill in RTP Billing, EDM configuration, EDM Profile Management and Custom formulas.
• Billing & Invoicing processes such as Collectives, Bill Aggregations, Unmetered, Main & Sub meters,
• Good Experience Invoice Layout & Bill Print , Electronic bill outputs like PDF, EDI & RDI by using the SAP ISU PWB.
• Good working experience in FICA and BPEM
• Experience in resolving Out of Balance invoices
• Billing Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end billing process, including meter reading, billing determinants, bill creation, bill correction, bill printing, and bill distribution.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing-related issues, discrepancies, and errors.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as customer service and finance, to resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform system testing to ensure accurate billing calculations, proper integration with other modules, and compliance with business requirements.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for billing processes and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
• Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
