The Product Manager III will manage a new or existing software initiative to improve communication between internal teams and streamline internal business operations. They will gather requirements by working directly with end users and stakeholders, and coordinate the project details as directed through documentation, development, testing, and implementation.

This person will be working PST or MST business hours.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the on-going development of the existing product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach to product planning: Skillfully gather and analyze data to validate the rationale behind product solutions. Thoroughly document workflows to illustrate current versus desired states, facilitating clear and concise cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Drive discovery activities, working with users, design, and technical team members to create effective solutions that deliver quantifiable value to Aya and our clients.
  • Ensure the production of high-quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
  • Respond promptly to changing market and business dynamics, effectively collaborating with stakeholders, the delivery team, and leadership to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide support to the Production Support team by analyzing escalated issues and offering insights to resolve them efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of applicable experience in software product management required
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. 
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies: Experience in working within Scrum frameworks, driving iterative development, and delivering results. Skilled in utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro to streamline collaboration, project tracking, and visualization of the product management process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: Proficient in conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Able to facilitate productive discussions and present ideas persuasively, ensuring alignment on strategic goals.
  • Strong analytics skills and critical thinking: Proven ability to dissect complex problems, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to drive informed product decisions.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $160,000 to $175,000.  

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
