INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Program Analyst I to oversee the DCSA Field Operations support contract. This role involves coordinating and integrating strategic and operational planning initiatives for DCSA field operations. The ideal candidate will conduct analyses, develop strategic plans and roadmaps, and provide expert advice to senior leadership on improving operational effectiveness and achieving mission objectives.
Must possess Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance level.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and integrate strategic and operational planning initiatives with DCSA field operations senior leadership
- Conduct strategic and operational planning activities like environmental scanning, SWOT analysis, gap analysis
- Reengineer and improve strategic and operational planning processes
- Implement short and long-range strategies by field operations policies and objectives
- Develop and update pivotal documents such as strategic plans, action plans, roadmaps, and frameworks
- Plan, lead, and carry out projects to develop and integrate strategic and business plans
- Prepare reports, charts, and briefings on accomplishing strategic goals and objectives
- Provide advice and guidance to the AD and field operations senior leadership on strategic plans
- Analyze and evaluate administrative aspects of mission-oriented programs
- Perform complex and time-sensitive special projects as assigned
- Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in strategic planning and management
- Perform analytical and evaluative work for planning and operational activities
- Travel up to 15% of the time as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant senior administrative and management support experience
- Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Desired: Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- TS/SCI security clearance required
