Project Manager - 6mo FTC with possible extension

Now, enough about us – let's talk about you. We're expanding our dream team, and we're on the hunt for a key role to join our Professional Services Team.

The role

We are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager with at least three years’ experience in working with and managing multiple projects concurrently. To ensure the successful candidate can deliver on our Extreme Support Promise (Customer Service Commitment) you must speak English fluently (as opposed to Tech Jargon) and you must be able to clearly communicate with people. We are looking for people with personality, energy and drive.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Build amazing client relationships
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technology teams for fast delivery clients
• Manage project work to deliver solutions and capabilities to meet client requirements
• Manage project budget
• Create detailed schedules and high level timelines
• Work on multiple projects, both large and small, simultaneously
• Manage issues and risks, including creating mitigation strategies
• Monitor project dependencies and assumptions
• Establish priorities to meet deadlines and commitments in a high pressure environment

We are looking for people with the following skills and experience:

• Project Management industry qualifications PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or similar certified
• Experience with E8 / ISM
• IT Infrastructure and/or IT Security experience
• At least three years prior experience in managing several projects concurrently – ideally in delivering a diverse range of IT related projects
• An incredible multi-tasker and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience of growing and fostering astounding client relationships
• Track record of delivering technology solutions

All our team members are required to obtain and maintain a valid Victorian Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
