HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The release train engineer (RTE) is a servant leader who facilitates program level processes and execution, drives continuous development, manages risks and escalates impediments while also acting as a full-time lead scrum master for an Enterprise-wide Agile Release Train (ART) consisting of multiple Agile teams (50-100+ people), operating at both strategic and tactical levels. This individual should have a solid grasp of how Lean and Agile practices may be employed at scale using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to support value streams in delivering value continuously. This role is a defined Change Agent for the Enterprise Agile Transformation, Coaches and mentors all Agile Team Members and roles, including non-core Agile Team members like Infrastructure, Security, and Business Stakeholders and requires proper leadership skills, mindset, and maturity level.

• Facilitates PI Planning:
• Support PI Execution
• Coaching the ART
• Optimizing Flow
• Improve Relentlessly

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field experience
• Preferred Certifications: SAFe RTE; SAFe SM (Scrum Master), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PSM (Professional Scrum Master), PMP (Project Management Professional).
• 5-7 years of applicable experience
• 5-7 years of experience working as a full time RTE
• 5-7 years of experience working with Agile teams
• 1-3 years of experience with Agile Transformations - preferred
• 1-3 years of experience with SAFe Transformations - preferred
