SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible to promote and sell a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers aligned to Jotun’s strategy & direction to achieve sales budget. This position will be in Keranijong, Dhaka and reporting directly to Retail Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce, promote, and sell Decorative products to allocated customers in assigned territory by mapping potential customers through regular visits to develop relationship and gain market share.
  • Promote decorative products by coordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget.
  • Have a robust follow-up on collection targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy.
  • Maintain good relationships, provide high-quality service to existing customers and act with responsibility.
  • Coordinate with supply chain to ensure effective distribution and customer service.
  • Update changes happening in assigned area, possible business potential and report to Line Manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree from any University.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Sales with strong Dealer Management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge in Office 365.
