SAP Finance and Accounting Process Lead

Responsibilities

As a Finance and Accounting Consulting leader , you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and SAP skills. Your knowledge to design, advice , sell and manage programs, will help define industry and product leading transformation programs. The Process Transformation consulting practice also offers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and certifications across SAP and S4 HANA solutions - allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself and Wipro while keeping your career ahead of the curve.

Core Duties and Experience:

• The Process lead needs to have extensive experience leading Finance Transformation, Finance process design, Finance BPR for large scale SAP and SAP S4 HANA implementations.

• Acts as a Senior Trusted Advisor for opportunity shared, covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational Finance Processes end-to-end.

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong Customer & stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.

• Defines Finances Strategies, Governance and Finance Process Architecture based on state-of-the art of S4HANA Finance technology

• The process lead should have deep business process knowledge and in some respect hands on SAP Simple Finance experience. Process Design expertise for leading large enterprises level transformations for clients moving to latest Cloud / S4 HANA/Simple Finance in the following areas:
• Simple Finance Migration Methodology
• New Functionalities in GL Accounting
• New Functionalities in Asset Accounting
• New Functionalities in Management Accounting
• Exposure to Financials Planning - Integrated Business Planning
• Overview of Cash Management

Critical S kills required:

In addition to Finance and Accounting Consulting Capability we are looking at the candidate having very high-quality hands-on experience with complex SAP implementations

• Deep hands Consulting background in transformation around ERP (S4Hana, SAP ECC FICO)

• Extensive deep hands on experience in Finance and Accounting consulting - S4Hana FIN.

• Define the best S4HANA Finance strategy for customers, either new installation, conversion depending on the requirements and complexity of customer environment. Support consulting and license presales opportunities. Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation). Experience in developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

• Ability to multitask and still stay focused

• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career
