We are seeking talented Senior AI/ML Engineers to join our Talent Network and help shape the future of our business through valuable contributions to our projects. The successful candidate will be passionate about data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with a strong background in Python and experience developing, implementing, and deploying AI/ML models in production.

Responsibilities

•  Developing and implementing machine learning and AI models to solve complex business problems.
• Deploying AI/ML systems into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Analyzing data and uncovering insights that drive business value.
• Testing extensively to ensure the accuracy and and reliability of models, including handling model retraining and updates.
• Collaborating closely with team members and proactively communicating any blockers the project faces.
• Work with large language models (LLMs) and transformer-based models to extract information from raw text, with a focus on specialized applications

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing and implementing Machine Learning models such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and/or Time Series Forecasting.
• Production experience with ML systems, particularly deploying and maintaining models in real-world environments.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis tools such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning libraries and frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras, or fastai.
• Solid data engineering skills, including SQL, data pipelines, and large-scale data processing with tools like Spark or Dask.
• Experience with software development tools like Git version control, scrum, and Agile Methodologies
• Experience working with cloud-based ML services, such as AWS SageMaker or Bedrock.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have

•  Experience with NLP/LLM projects, particularly in production environments.
• Familiarity with using LLMs and transformer models in specialized domains, such as medical data.
• Experience working in a startup environment with a high-velocity development pace.
