Opportunity 

UJET is looking for a motivated individual with solid compliance experience to support a growing global data protection and cybersecurity program. Through close collaboration with engineering, customer success, marketing, legal and other teams, this individual will help us support a broadening security compliance framework that includes SOC 1 and 2, HIPAA, GDPR, EU-US/Swiss-US Privacy Shield, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 / 27018 / 27017 and other industry focused data protection and cybersecurity requirements. This is a senior position and is expected to have a high level of autonomy and ownership over various aspects of the overall program. 

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate the continuous monitoring program, including:
  • facilitating the monthly task distribution among multiple teams
  • identifying and implementing improvements to the program
  • maintaining appropriate mappings between assets (e.g. controls, policies, owners, risks, etc)
  • Staying informed on all team-owned projects, so as to help recognize and champion collaboration when potential overlap is discovered
  • Develop, document and implement technical documentation, policies, guidelines, training and presentations
  • Develop and track metrics, reporting, and dashboards that illustrate not only project and workload management, but continuous improvement over time.
  • Other responsibilities as identified and assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience managing programs in compliance, security, audit, or software development
  • Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
  • Solid experience with at least two of the following: PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC, ISO
    27xXX, GDPR, CCPA, FedRamp, HITRUST, SOX
  • Able to manage ambiguity and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at building relationships and credibility with partner teams and external auditors

Preferred Skills

  • One or more of the following certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, PMP
  • Deep understanding of at least two of the following: PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC, ISO 27xxx, GDPR, CCPA, FedRamp, HITRUST, SOX


Annual US Hiring Range: $130,000 - $140,000

*A candidate’s actual placement within this range will depend on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
