Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable frontend solutions using technologies such as React, Recoil, and native web components.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Code Quality: Enhance and maintain code quality by implementing best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Code Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Project Leadership: Take a leadership role in frontend projects, providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring project success.
• Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Testing: Develop and implement unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of frontend code.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for frontend systems.

Qualifications

• Possess proficiency in TypeScript, React, Git, and REST APIs. Additional experience with technologies such as Recoil, native web components, Storybook, Vite, esbuild, and Firebase is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, emphasizing the creation of scalable and responsive user interfaces.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent working experience.
• Exhibit strong analytical abilities and a knack for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, showcasing the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance personal and team performance.
