We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Media Buying Intelligence team, which is responsible for applying machine learning models to the media buying “flywheel” at the core of Tatari's business. The Intelligence team is also responsible for developing our MLOps platform used across the organization. Your work will affect thousands of buying decisions every day and will have a direct impact on Tatari’s business.

As a Senior Software Engineer you will play a leading role in the evolution and scaling of our ML platform. You’ll contribute to system architecture decisions, mentor junior team members, work closely with data science, promote best practices, and ship high quality code to production. Responsibilities:

  • Architect and drive the development of robust, performant, and scalable ML services at the core of Tatari’s business
  • Collaborate across the organization on system architecture, technology, and scaling decisions
  • Design relational and non-relational data models for optimal storage, retrieval, and complex processing
  • Participate in technical architecture discussions and peer code reviews
  • Ship solid Python code to our production environment running on AWS, Postgres, Redshift, K8s, Airflow, Spark, Databricks, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years developing distributed systems with object-oriented and/or functional programming languages - Python preferred
  • 2+ years with a modern data stack (RDS, Redshift, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Databricks, lakehouse architectures, etc.)
  • Deep SQL and data modeling expertise
  • Experience working with data scientists and productionizing machine learning models
  • Experience building end to end machine learning pipelines
  • Experience working across the organization delivering on large impact initiatives
