The Emphasys PHA team is seeking an experienced Software Developer Lead with a passion for finding innovative solutions to develop and test modern SaaS products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Continuously analyze and strengthen existing applications for reliability, availability, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to changes in development standards and processes.
• Conduct full stack diagnostics when necessary to help determine the root cause of problems.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of solutions, systems, and processes.
• Work on a fast-moving and highly collaborative scrum team.
• Provide emergency on-call support.
• Participate and be an active contributor to the team's software development lifecycle including Daily SCRUM, Stand-Ups, User Story Review and Sprint retrospectives.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or industry experience equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience as .NET C# developer on enterprise projects.
• 4+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular/React.
• 3+ years of Agile or Lean Software Development experience such as Kanban, Scrum, Test-Driven Development, and/or Extreme Programming methodologies.
• Experience with Azure App Services and Azure SQL for hosted products.
• Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services.
• Experience as a full stack developer with knowledge of OOP design patterns and their implementation.
• Experience with automated testing, such as unit testing.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures and design patterns including REST API's.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment and zero downtime deployment. Octopus Deploy a plus.
