    Job Details
  • Job Summary: Nursing position in Med/Surg/Tele unit at St Elizabeth Hospital, Enumclaw, WA.
  • Unit Details: 23 beds (19 med-surg, 4 PCU/ICU).
  • Patient Ratios: Med-Surg Team Nursing Model 1 RN, 1 LPN, 1 CNA for 9-10 patients; PCU 1 RN for 3-4 patients; ICU 1:1 or 1:2 patients.
    Job Requirements
  • Required Certifications: BLS, PALS (facility will assist with PALS class).
  • Experience: Must have BLS certification.
    Schedule Information
  • Day shift: 6am-6:30pm
  • Night shift: 6pm-6:30am
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend; Nights: Friday, Saturday, Sunday; Days: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Holiday Requirement: Rotate with permanent staff.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit/Department specific orientation: 3-4 shifts
  • Charge Nurse and/or Hospital Resource Nurse (HRN) on every shift.
    Additional Details
  • Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able to re-add that back in.
  • Floating Requirements: May be asked to float to support ICU RNs with direct patient care tasks as needed.
