Treasury Analyst

What you'll do:

Part of the Global Treasury Services Center in Pune, she/he will perform back office activities and ensure efficient support for Treasury Front Office.

List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results) which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above.

A. Supporting Daily Transactions Back Office processes

- Transactions confirmation & communication with counterparties

- Bank Settlements

- Bank reconciliation of treasury and operations acc

- Processing Factoring and Netting Payments

B. Supporting Treasury/Management Reporting Process

- Month end reporting package (Analytical report) - Hedging documentation process, Commodity Documentation

- Pension Report, Bank fee Report, and Accounting Support

C. Global I/C netting process - Understanding on the global netting process, work closely with different verticals in SSC and ensure reports are published on time as per calendar.

D. Process Improvement and Automation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least 3 to 5 years qualified experience in Treasury management (preferred) and/or Financial Analysis

Skills:

• Understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good team-oriented interpersonal skills
• Good team player, self-motivated and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight
Deadlines
• Financial reporting and automation experience with Power BI and Power Apps will be an added advantage
