• Pay starting at $17.50 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

Our warehouse specialists are a critical part of the process at Happy Returns. As a warehouse specialist, you will receive, process, and ship out all the items that are returned to us from locations across the eastern United States. In particular, you will:

• Receive and process items in the warehouse sent from Happy Returns “Return Bar” locations as well as by mail.

• Inspect all received items for any potential quality issues.

• Investigate quality and shipping problems with inbound shipments.

• Ship processed items to their appropriate destination.

• Ensure a clean, safe environment is maintained in the warehouse.

• Handle packages ranging from small envelopes to boxes weighing up to 70 pounds (as appropriate). This may include significant amount of standing, bending, leaning, climbing, pushing and pulling boxes or other items.

• The company will provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) since it is required for this role.

• Perform other small tasks involving the Happy Returns warehouse.

Requirements

• Able to work Monday-Friday 6 AM-2:30 PM or 3:00 PM-11:30 PM occasional overtime

• Interest in technology and fashion.

• Positive uplifting attitude.

• Self starter.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can clearly communicate ideas and feedback in a tactful and constructive way.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• Creative, likes to come up with new innovative ideas and improve processes.

• Demonstrates problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to remain solution-oriented.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
