Salary Range: $50–150 per hour

INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Workforce Management Analyst I to oversee the DCSA Field Operations support contract. This role involves managing the hiring and onboarding processes for field personnel, tracking recruitments, and coordinating with HR specialists and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will maintain workforce data, create status reports, and support regional leadership in workforce planning and management activities.

Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor group inbox for selection and out-processing notifications and update tracking spreadsheets
• Coordinate with hiring managers on details of new recruitments
• Enter new recruitment information into ServiceNow
• Track all recruitments using Excel spreadsheets and/or MS Teams
• Ensure proper onboarding steps are taken for new employees
• Meet weekly with HR Specialist on status of hiring actions/recruitments
• Communicate hiring status to regional leadership
• Create PowerPoint slides on status of actions for region
• Update organization charts in MS PowerPoint
• Work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Respond to email inquiries related to hiring and recruitment
• Report any issues with the hiring process to the Workforce Management Lead

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in workforce management or related field
• Desired: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
• Desired: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Knowledge of human resources processes and systems
• DoD Secret security clearance required
