Salesforce Administrator certification or a strong desire to complete. Handles both basic administrator functions for Salesforce, as well as complex data management operations, including the preparation of reports for members. Strong customer-service approach to serving members and colleagues. Ability and willingness to work some evenings and weekends as necessary.
