Analyst, Nuveen Natural Capital

The Nuveen Natural Capital Analyst will work across three interrelated disciplines: financial / investment analysis, data strategy and property management. The role will primarily support the Global Nuveen Natural Capital COO as they implement key operational initiatives across the organization. Additionally, the Analyst will gain valuable exposure to the broader investment, sustainability, and portfolio management teams.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Liaise with other NNC team's ongoing activities, including Portfolio Management, Sustainability, Finance & Accounting and Legal.
• Collaborate with Head of Data to develop property-level financial, operational, and ESG information solutions which can create value added investment opportunities.
• Evaluate and document key operational decisions via leveraging relationships with global team members.
• Promote organization across multiple data sources to make information more available to the COO and investment field teams.
• Support Global business units in key new business initiatives.
• Champion key organization data systems to ensure accuracy of information and buy in from the field offices.
• Travel to global NNC offices to help support the NNC global .

Base Pay Range: $75,000/yr. - $85,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
