BI Developer

• Collaborate with SMEs and other team members to gather analytics requirements and articulate
• Perform data profiling to identify and understand
• Design and develop Reporting solutions using the Bank's Data Warehouse and BI (Reporting) environments following all
• Prepare test plans and test cases for functional and data testing - perform testing of analytics solutions
• Create and maintain system and user documentation related to the Data Marts and Reporting
• Support and monitor reporting environments and analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance data analytics

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• Required: 3+ years of experience as an IT Engineer or related occupation, implementing data analytics
• Required: 2+ years of reports or dashboards development using Microsoft Excel, SSRS, Power BI or similar BI
• Required: 2+ years of experience in writing T-SQL queries, stored procedures and SQL Server
• Required: Good understanding of the Data Warehouse concepts like dimensional modeling, dim tables, fact
• Required: Good experience in testing reports/BI applications and validating data for
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in banking (retail banking, loan systems processes, and loan data) or a related
• Preferred: Experience in gathering business and functional requirements and writing ETL technical specifications.
• Preferred: Familiarity of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Issue/Change management tools like
• Preferred: Good Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint).

The salary range for this full-time position is $90,000.00 annually - $140,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
