Client Relations Administrator (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Client Relations Administrator to join our dynamic team! In this role you will manage the daily service delivery activities for the assigned client(s). You will maintain the highest level of contact with clients to ensure a strong and positive relationship exists. This role will handle high level client issues, conversations, and escalations.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a Client Advocate and liaison between all departments on the Clients behalf
• Understands and assists the client with market complexities (e.g., SEC regulations, NYSE)
• Provide timely and accurate updates to clients and assist with any issues
• Engage with clients and assists them through the suite of electronic products the department supports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Brokerage industry knowledge
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a client service and/or sales related role
• Mastery of MS Office suite of products required
