Finance Manager

Bluestone Trading Company is a Wholesale Diamond and Estate Jewelry Dealer dedicated to supporting our customers and building long term relationships. Sales are made Business to Business throughout the country.

We are looking to add a Finance Manager to our office in Lyndhurst, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day accounting functions. This includes recording financial transactions in Quickbooks, reviewing bank accounts, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. On a monthly basis, responsibilities include assisting the outside accounting firm with month end close. The success of this position has a direct impact on company culture & growth.

• Responsible for day to day accounting functions including processing payments, AP & AR functions, and aging reports through the use of QuickBooks online
• Main point of contact for Vendors, Service Providers & Insurance Brokers
• Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills to connect with our team and support any office related work needs in a friendly and adaptable manner
• Organizational skills with the ability to build structure and processes is essential to success

The ideal candidate has a strong background in product accounting, excellent attention to detail and is self motivated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to handle information confidentially 
• Familiarity with Quickbooks Online 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Proven experience meeting regular deadlines
• High degree of accuracy & attention to detail
• Strong math skills
