Join our Multi Family Office Service Team as a Financial Reporting Specialist focused on supporting our private banking clients and their external private investments. In this role you will be tasked with onboarding external private investments onto our internal system and processing upcoming capital calls. The role involves working directly with onboarding, relationship, and funds transfer teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. You will also work with external funds to ensure we are added as interested parties and receive future capital call notices. The role is part of our family office service team that provides Bill Pay, Wealth Projection and Consolidated Reporting Services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with relationship teams to identify the list of external private investments to be serviced and ensure accounts are properly funded
  • Working with onboarding team on contractual document preparation and execution
  • Working with external funds and clients to obtain access to or be added as an interest party to the external fund communication and their client portal
  • Working with Funds Transfer team to process upcoming capital calls
  • Working on ad-hoc projects and supporting family office services team

Skills required:

  • Bachelor's / Undergrad Degree Required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work independently and taking initiative
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate level Excel experience
  • Some knowledge of Private Funds a plus

Salary Range

$70,000-$80,000

BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
