At BBH, our mission in Foreign Exchange ("FX") is to be the provider of choice for global asset managers. Our Relationship Management and Business Development teams sit at the forefront of the FX business, directly supporting our clients and prospects while navigating our breadth of products and services. The FX Relationship Management and Business Development teams are responsible for retaining and growing existing client relationships as well as generating new ones.

Our team is looking for a Relationship Management Analyst ("RMA") to join the FX Relationship Management and Business Development team. This individual will play an important role in helping coordinate and execute activities both internally and externally to support our client facing teams. The individual will assist the relationship managers with the execution of the deliverables of the client relationship plans and participate in business development efforts to continue to grow the FX business overall. Our team is looking for a self-starter interested in the asset management industry and global foreign exchange market, while learning the ins and outs of client service and relationship excellence. In addition, this role offers broad exposure across all areas of the FX business line including product development, trading, and currency research.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting with relationship management and business development efforts
• Drafting client and prospect presentations
• Management Reporting: Pipeline coordination, reporting and assistance with analysis in Salesforce
• Preparing and/or facilitating RFPs (request for proposals) with the BBH Global RFP Team
• KYC (Know your Customer) Coordination for new clients and renewals for existing clients
• Coordinating with IRCC (Institutional Risk Credit Committee) for new and existing client relationships
• General support for the FX Client Engagement organization

The ideal candidate has:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Strong communication skills and writing ability
• Strong client service skills both externally and internally
• Someone looking for an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment where you can learn and thrive

Salary Range

BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
