Head of Creative Studio

You’ll be a founding member, helping to build Notion’s Creative Studio from the ground up. You’ll develop Notion’s Creative Studio into a center of excellence for world class design, illustration, and film, serving creative needs across the company and pushing forward our unique and beloved brand.

You’ll be responsible for the leading Creative Studio, reporting to Notion’s Chief Communications and Creative Officer, building out a team with leads across design, illustration, film, and operations. You’ll be responsible for the overall output of Creative Studio, holding the highest bar on quality, high level creative direction, running projects end to end, measuring success, and evangelizing the team’s work internally and externally. Projects will span advertising and marketing collateral across the company, talent brand, external and internal comms, and more, working cross functionally with teams across Notion.

• 15 years experience working with creative teams
• 10 years experience managing creative teams either in house or at a creative agency

• Uses and loves Notion
• Knowledge of production processes in print, video, and/or digital
