Responsibilities

• Manage the Company's Human Resources administration efforts for the new Kingman, AZ location.
• Oversee and participate in the selection, promotion, and placement for hourly and salaried positions within the facility.
• Employ a variety of recruiting methods as appropriate for the position and develop ongoing relationships with various vocational schools and universities.
• Responsible for the overall employee relations of the plant and building successful relationships with employees at all levels to maintain and atmosphere of trust and respect.
• Work closely with the Plant Manager in anticipating, identifying and addressing employee relation issues, especially in the area of training and change management as it relates to a lean manufacturing environment.
• Remain current on trends, issues, and best practices in the HR field and educate others in the organization on how this affects the business.

Qualifications:

• This position requires a four-year college degree, preferably in human resources or business, and at least 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required with strong emphasis on all areas of communication, listening and speaking.
• Presentation skills and computer skills should be commensurate with the role.
