Human Systems Integration

Torch Technologies is seeking a Human Systems Integration Engineer.

Ideal candidate will direct, leadand conductstudies in human/machine interaction, equipment/facilities design, environmental design, and human performance assessment.

Responsible for finalizing project deliverables and writing of technical reports.

Designs and implements experiments and usability testing, oversees data collection and analysis of behavioral data.

Expert in human cognition, including serial and parallel processing, visual perception, at10tion allocation, and reaction time, experimental design and statistical analysis.

Provide integrated and comprehensive analysis, design, and assessment of human performance requirements, concepts, and resources

Development and implement processes required to support HSI activities

Serve as the USG representative lead for FLRAA crew station working groups for the design and development of the FLRAA cockpit/crew interfaces.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Masters preferred and 15 years' experience .

Secret Clearance required.
