Influencer & Partnerships Manager - Ethical Fashion & Lifestyle

We are looking for an Influencer & Partnerships Manager to support us in building greater awareness of the Wolf & Badger brand in the US market. The role will include developing and nurturing relationships with influencers, managing influencer and partnership campaigns, tracking and analyzing campaign performance and providing on-the-ground support during our media-facing events. You will be responsible for ensuring effective collaborations that align with our brand values and marketing goals. In addition, the successful candidate will play a key role in further developing our Tastemakers program by onboarding new creators and managing campaigns with existing ones. You will work closely alongside the UK-based PR and Marketing teams, as well as the NYC and LA store teams, plus regularly connect with an already established and constantly growing media, creator, partner and influencer list of contacts. Your objective will be to drive positive brand awareness of Wolf & Badger via the most aligned audiences, and to achieve results that can be measured and tracked to support an increase in both organic traffic as well as sales.
The successful candidate should have 2+ years relevant proven experience in a similar influencer or partnerships focused role, and will have strong knowledge of the influencer marketing industry. You will be confident at working independently with a strong sense of autonomy, whilst required to report into a larger team based in London, UK. The successful candidate should have a real interest in sustainability and should be looking to further develop their career in influencer management within a rapidly growing and innovative scale-up business.
This role will be hybrid - predominantly remote but with regular time also spent at the Wolf & Badger Melrose Ave, West Hollywood flagship store for both regular internal and external meetings and events.
Main Duties
As Influencer and Partnerships Manager, you will:
- Set the strategy for influencer partnership campaigns in the US
- Scope out and identify new and relevant influencers and creators
- Manage relationships with influencers and content creators, inc. outreach, content briefing, negotiation, nurturing relationships and evaluating performance
- Onboard creators to our Tastemakers program and nurture the relationship with them throughout the process, ensuring they regularly post new content and edits
- Work closely with the Organic Social team to plan and execute Tastemakers video series
- Work closely with Performance Marketing team to activate creator and partnership campaigns
- Arrange PR and Influencer gifting and product sampling in the US
- Support the PR & Events Senior Manager in the planning of media-facing events in Los Angeles
- Attend and support the execution of events in LA, both at our WeHo store and elsewhere
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in managing influencer campaigns and working with creators
- A strong list of already established contacts, to be built upon within this role
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
- A demonstrable interest in and understanding of luxury fashion and sustainable business practices
- Candidate should live within commutable distance of our Melrose Avenue store as presence there would be required regularly
