The Data Integrity Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the data integration and data management projects. The role is tasked with
managing and leading projects and initiatives in the areas of data conversion, migration and cleanup.
What you'll do:

• Manage a team of high-performance engineers supporting the data conversion, migration and cleanup processes. Hire and coach them to make them better every single day, we expect that you will lead by example
• Raise the bar, we want to look back every single year and be proud of the amazing progress and enhancements that we did, we expect that you will identify opportunities of enhancements from technical and process standpoint and work with the team to implement them
• Reviewing, designing, testing, implementing and execution of data scripts in a LAMP stack environment
• Close attention to detail to ensure integrity and quality of the data
• Report progress to business stakeholders in a timely manner

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Integrity Manager or similar role
• 7+ years advanced knowledge of SQL scripting and working with relational database systems
• 7+ years with various coding languages and systems
• Able to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Experience completing a previous data migration project for new systems implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PHP
• Experience with MySQL and SQL Server

Leadership Skills:

• Strong communication and supervisory skills and the ability to assume increasing responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage project priorities and deliverables
• Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
